Tokyo pouchで死者の日ポーチ、作ってます！

「死者の日」とは、メキシコのお盆とハロウィン足したような祝日。
10/31～11/2に盛大なお祭りがおこなわれ、祭壇にマリーゴールドの花やガイコツが飾られます。

Tokyo pouch is making Day of the Dead “Día de Muertos" pouches!
The Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday that is a combination of Obon and Halloween.
A big festival is held from October 31st to November 2nd, and marigold flowers and gaiquettes are decorated on the altar.

メキシコヘは何度か行きましたが、死者の日の季節は初めて。カリブ海クルーズにでコスメル島に行ったのがちょうど10月。この時は、街角には祝日の飾り付けがあちこちに。子ども達のガイコツの絵展示されていて、キティちゃんもいたりとか発想が楽しい。子供の時からガイコツ描いてますw

I have been to Mexico several times, but this was my first time to visit during the Day of the Dead season. It was just October when I went to the island of Cozumel on a Caribbean cruise. At that time, holiday decorations were everywhere on the streets.Children’s drawings of Gai kotsu were on display, and even Kitty was there, which was a fun idea.
I have been drawing Gaikotsu since I was a child.
